Dreamtale uses advanced AI to generate unique, personalized fairy tales based on your preferences. Simply open the app, customize your story settings, and tap "Generate Story" to create a new tale. The app will create an original story that you can read, save, and share.

The free tier allows 1 story generation per day. Premium subscribers enjoy 10 story generations per day, access to exclusive premium content, and the ability to download stories for offline reading. Premium is an auto-renewable subscription available through the app.

Free users can generate 1 story per day. If you subscribe to Premium, your daily limit increases to 10 stories per day. Daily limits reset at midnight in your device's local time zone.

Open the Dreamtale app, navigate to Settings or the Subscription section, and tap "Subscribe to Premium." You'll be taken to Apple's subscription interface where you can review pricing and confirm your purchase. Your subscription will be managed through your Apple ID.

To cancel your Premium subscription, open Settings on your iOS device, tap your Apple ID at the top, select "Subscriptions," find Dreamtale, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You can also manage subscriptions in the Dreamtale app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Open the Dreamtale app, go to Settings, and look for a "Restore Purchases" button. Tap it and sign in with your Apple ID. The app will restore any previous Premium subscriptions or purchases associated with that Apple ID. This is useful if you've reinstalled the app or are using a new device.

Refunds for subscriptions must be requested through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Dreamtale charge, and request a refund. Apple processes refund requests at their discretion.

This feature is available to Premium subscribers. Open a generated story, look for the download icon, and tap it to save the story to your device. Downloaded stories can be read anytime, even without an internet connection. Free users can read stories online only.

Yes! You own the stories you create in Dreamtale. You can share them with friends and family via the share options in the app (email, messaging, social media, etc.). The stories are yours to enjoy and share as you wish.

Dreamtale is available on iOS devices including iPhone and iPad. The app requires iOS 13.0 or later. You can download it from the Apple App Store.

Try the following: (1) Force close the app and reopen it, (2) Restart your device, (3) Make sure you have the latest version of Dreamtale from the App Store, (4) Check that you have enough available storage on your device. Story generation depends on your internet connection. Ensure you have a stable WiFi or cellular connection. If you're on a slow connection, generation may take longer. Try moving closer to your WiFi router or waiting a moment before retrying. If problems persist, please reach out to us.

Try restoring your purchases: go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases," then sign in with your Apple ID. If this doesn't work, check your Apple ID subscription settings on your device (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). If you're still having trouble, contact us for assistance.
